The Fix Is Surprisingly Simple (Once You See the Problem)

That's it. No complex processes, no expensive tools. Just four rules that have completely changed my error rate on stone and tile orders.

The vendor who says "this material isn't ideal for your application—let me show you a better option" earns my trust for everything else. And in my experience, the good ones at MSI will absolutely steer you right if you ask the right questions.
